You Said: PCSO visible patrol made this week in locations of concern raised on your RV survey feedback – LIME AVENUE & WEAVERHAM NORTHWICH ROAD shops/alleys.
We Did: Patrol made and nothing of note, reassurance provided to our community.
You Said: speed was a concern on A556 CHESTER ROAD. We Did: Speed enforcement conducted and no offences were captured.

ASB WEAVERHAM – 2 incident (s) . Unknown male on small scrambler bike, no VRM/lights near miss on CHURCH LANE with motorist. Officer awareness to stop described bike.
Small motorbike seen riding around the estate near OWLEY WOOD, patrol to be made around location to provide reassurance.
BURGCUDDINGTON - 1 incident (s)
Report received of unknown persons attending residential back garden. Door to door enquires made, no trace.
CRIMINAL DAMAGECUDDINGTON – 1 incident (s) CCTV captured unknown male riding past residential property throwing unknown object at font window then later returned smashing the same window with a rock. Enquiries ongoing.
WEAVERHAM – 1 incident (s) Damage caused to unattended stationary vehicle parked on driveway, CCTV enquiries made.
SUSPICOUS ACTIVITY FRAUDTHEFTWEAVERHAM – 2 incident (s) Theft of credit card used in store, CCTV obtained. Compound lock damaged, cooking oil barrel stolen. CCTV enquiries made.
PCSO engagement with WEAVERHAM HIGH SCHOOL, CUDDINGTON PRIMARY SCHOOL and SANDIWAY PRIMARY SCHOOL to discuss community issues/concerns. WORLD BOOK DAY 2024 – an honour for your PCSO to be asked as a surprise guest reader at CUDDINGTON PRIMARY SCHOOL. Thank you!!! Later the children enjoyed the session sitting in the police vehicle. Fun afternoon spent with our mini police officers at WEAVERHAM ACADEMDY. PC GRIMSHAW and PCSO GILLETT both participated, completing the bleep test along with the mini police officers. PCSO GILLETT completed up to level 9 and PC GRIMSHAW completing up to level 15. Well done to all mini police officers and Mr ELLIS for completing to same levels. Green cross code – FOREST STREET PRIMARY SCHOOL year 6 pupils successful completed their CWAC Let’s Walk 1st session this week covering Crossing the road, Walking straight across the road, Finding a safer place to cross, Crossing at difficult places, Zebra crossing. Busy/quiet roads. A big thank you to Cllr Gillian EDWARDS and CWAC road safety officer for their assistance to complete.

PARKINGSCHOOL parking patrol conducted around CUDDINGTON PRIMARY SCHOOL, no parking obstructions witnessed. Operation Park Safe is a new project which will allow members of the public to report parking issues online. As part of the scheme, residents will be able to upload videos and photographs of offending vehicles where they will be assessed by an experienced traffic officer, who will triage and deal with any dangerous parking offences. Any minor traffic obstructions, or community impact issues will be allocated to the local PCSO or Beat officers to deal with in an appropriate manner.
