Anti-Social Behaviour 

  • No report of Anti-social behaviour in the Hartford and Greenbank area.

  • Suspicious Person/Vehicle

  • Reports of a suspicious person bieng seen on a ring doorbell around a vehicle for a PCSO to give a reassurance visit.
  • Reports of a suspicious vehicle in Hartford ongoing enquires are ongoing currently.
  • A Vehicle with two occupants saying they were delivering newspapers early in the morning but also looking up driveway’s enquiries are currently ongoing at this time.
  • Theft

  • Theft of an amazon parcel from a doorstep due to the lack of CCTV we have advised the RP to the seller to see if the items can be redelivered.

  • Theft of Alcohol from a shop on Greenbank Response attended the location and the individual was arrested.

  • Parking Concerns

     

  • Parking Concerns on Riddings Lane / Needham Drive /Abby Lane behind Hartford Primary – PCSO will give passing attention and tickets will be issued to any drivers. 
  • Several drivers have been spoken too and given advisory tickets with parking opposite the junction on Abbey way and Chantry Avenue.

     

  • Parking Concerns on School Lane/King Street passing attention will be given to the area at this time working with CWAC and local businesses and residents to find a longer-term solution.
  • Parking Concerns on Stone Mannor Lane will be given to the area for the foreseeable future. 
  • Parking Concerns on Hazelmere Close and Carriage Drive. Patrols will continue around school pick up and drop off times.

     

     

    Burglary

  • Reports of Burglary in Hartford where a garage has been broken into and a leaf blower has taken enquires are ongoing at this moment in time.

  • Vehicle/Bicycle Theft

  • Theft of a motor vehicle from an address in Hartford enquires are ongoing but is not believed to be related to the thefts of cars the previous month.

  • Update the Vehicle has been recovered and returned to its owner.

    Criminal Damage

  • No Reports of Criminal Damage for the past month.

  • Speed enforcement in Hartford.

    Speed enforcement on Chester Road 2 offences Captured

    Community Speed Watch

    No sessions of Community speed watch in the past month.

    School Visits

  • The Hartford Mini Police Have had their attestation evening at Hartford Primary and been sworn in this Month.
  • Hartford Mini police have also completed the police bleep test this month all reaching the required level of 5.4 on the test and others also surpassing that number.
  •  

  • PCSO Donnelly has visited Hartford Mannor Primary to talk to reception about what the police do and show them around a police car.

    Police Surgery’s for Hartford/Greenbank

     

    Monday 10/02/2025 at 14:00pm Hartford Village Hall to discuss any issues.

    Wednesday the 19/02/2025 at 10:00am Greenbank Community Hub to discuss any issues.

     

    Additional action that has been taken in Hartford throughout the month.
