Road Safety Lostock Gralam Two Speed enforcement session carried out on Manchester Road with 6 offences being captured and reported.A556, vehicle stop checked, following checks it was established the vehicle had no insurance and the driver wasn’t driving in accordance with their licence. Driver reported for the offences committed and the vehicle was seized.Manchester Road, vehicle stop checked. Driver provided a positive drugs wipe test. Driver was arrested for driving under the influence and possession of cannabis.Two reports of a vehicle being driven, where the driver does not have the suitable documents to drive.
