Free Self-Defence Sessions
Cheshire Police have once again teamed up with Her-Place and My CWA to provide FREE 1 hour self-defence sessions aimed to improve confidence and awareness to residents across Cheshire East.
The sessions will look at:
-Holds and Grabs
-Effective Strikes
-Knife defence
-Pins to the floor
