Have you received a message or call from your bank that doesn't feel right? Stop!
If it's a call, hang up immediately. Do not share any personal information, or reply to a text. Do not click any links.
Contact your bank using official contact information on their website/app, or by calling 159. By calling 159, you will be put through to a UK-wide helpline which will connect you directly to your bank if you suspect a scam.
If you are ever unsure whether a call or text from your bank is genuine, it is always best to be vigilant and check.
