DOG WALKERS AND LOCAL YOUNG FAMILIES - SAVE THE DATE - SATURDAY THE 6TH OF DECEMBER 2025 - FREE CHRISTMAS EVENT

Good morning, 

CREWE FAMILIES AND LOCAL DOG WALKERS! 🎅🐶

You are invited to the FREE Panda Claws and Santa Paws Safety Trail 2025!  SAVE THE DATE! This is a FREE event, and there is prizes for the kids involved, and also a prize for the best dressed dog!

There are two Christmassy trails at the event, one for families with young children and one for dog walkers! (Last year, we had families that chose to complete both!)

Date - 6th of December 2025 

Time – 11:15am – 13:15am 

What to wear – Christmassy fancy dress (Yes, your dog too!) Please also wrap up warm too, it will be chilly! (There is a competition for the best dressed dog to win a prize, and you can get a FREE digital photograph with your dog too!) 

Location – Queens Park ‘Taste For Life Café’, Victoria Avenue, Crewe, CW2 7SJ 

On arrival – Collect a map from the ‘Safer Streets Police Van’ which will be parked outside ‘The Taste For Life Café’. From there you will see the various check points around the Queens Park to follow. 

At the end – Once you have finished either trail, your child will be given a small treat (first come, first served - limited treats available) and/or your dog will be entered into our best dressed dog competition and the winner will receive a treat from Panda Claws themselves!

Smile for the camera! - We have Peter our amazing photographer at the event, so he will be taking lots of photo's, so don't forget to get your FREE professional photo taken at the event! We will even have a photo prop board for you to use! 📸 

Accessibility - We have chosen a route that is fully accessible. 👨🏽‍🦽 

Toilets - There are toilets that can be used in the 'Taste For Life Café'. If you're a dog owner, please bring your own dog poo bags for the trail. 💩 🚽 

🐶 🐶  A dog is for life and not just for Christmas - We have invited Cheshire Dogs Home to join the event with one of their dogs who needs to be rehomed, so if you want to meet your new life partner, come along for the meet and greet!  🐶 🐶 

Last year we had hundreds of people join us to enjoy the trail, so be there early as the prizes are first come, first served and we don't want anyone to be disappointed! 

We are partnering up with Tesco Crewe, Morrisons Crewe, Asda Crewe, Farmfoods Crewe, Cheshire Dogs Home, Cheshire College South and West and others to make this event possible!

We will remind you about this date closer to the time, but pop it in your diary, share it with your family and friends and get tagging in the comments!

It's a perfect way to make some FREE Christmassy memories with the family, get some FREE digital family photo's and to learn about being safe out and about, and being a responsible dog owner!
