July means the start of OPERATION SPOTLIGHT...
Operation Spotlight is an NPCC Roads Policing campaign running from the 1st July – 31st July and is targeting Fatal 5 offences committed across roads in Cheshire.
🚔 FATAL FIVE 🚔
- Careless driving
- Drink and drug driving
- Not wearing a seatbelt
- Using a mobile phone
- Speeding
These offences are the five main contributing factors that cause serious road traffic collisions.
Road users who commit one of the Fatal Five offences are far more likely to be involved in a fatal collision than those who do not.
Don't become one of those road users...
