Inconsiderate parking

Dear resident

We have received complaints of inconsiderate parking in a number of areas. In particular, near our schools.
This is an issue we have in several areas of Warrington North and incredibly difficult for one person to manage. We understand that some of these areas were not built for so many vehicles but we need to work together on this.

Can we ask that road users be considerate to pedestrians and other road users. Please do not block pavements and leave enough room for a wheelchair or pram to pass. Whilst considering this, please also leave enough room for an emergency vehicle to pass. 
Offending vehicles could be issued with FPN's (Fixed Penalty Notice's).
Work together in the street you live in and help each other make sure everyone in your street can access it safely.
