Monthly Update for June 2026 for Davenham & Moulton Ward Anti-Social Behaviour Davenham Reports received about youths gathering and causing problems in the local parks. Issues include causing damage, leaving litter, abusive language, playing loud music. Patrols taking place to prevent/deter the issues.Report of youths gathering in a field on Eaton Lane, drinking, leaving litter and removing fence posts.Moulton No reports received.Kingsmead Numerous reports of youths climbing on the roof and accessing the abandoned building at the end of Royal Gardens. CWAC have been requested to secure the building.Reports received about youths gathering on Kennington Way Park, razzing around on electric scooter and bikes, which has caused damage to the astro turf games pitch and throwing the contents of the Grit Bin around. Enquiries are ongoing to identify those involved.Report of youths riding bikes down the grassy slope towards the Spine Road concerns they would ride straight into the road. Youths had left prior to patrols attending.Leftwich Report of youths riding electric bikes and a moto cross bike on Woodside Terrace along the pavement towards the A556. Patrols attend, searched the area, the youths had already left the location.Report of youths in Leftwich Community Support Centre climbing on the roof and smashing up the property. Patrols attended 3 youths stopped, collected by parents and give suitable advice.Bostock Green No reports received. Details of a vehicle potentially involved have been provided and enquiries are continuing. Theft Davenham Numerous reports from the Spar in Davenham involving the same suspect. The suspect has been identified, arrested and charged with the thefts and for breaching their Criminal Behaviour Order.Moulton Report of the theft of roof tiles from the building site on the backs of Regent Street.Kingsmead Report of the theft of a vehicle from the driveway on Bickerton Way. The vehicle was recovered having been found abandoned a short distance away. An investigation is continuing.Leftwich Report of a theft from a motor vehicle, patrols attended at the time, a suspect was arrested for theft of a motor vehicle, driving without insurance, driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence.Bostock Green No reports received. Road Safety Davenham Report of youths riding bikes the wrong way on Green Lane, and when challenged became abusive towards a local resident.Moulton No reports received.Kingsmead No reports received.Leftwich Vehicle stopped on Cliffton Drive, following enquiries and a search, all the occupants of the vehicle were arrested for being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs. The investigation is continuing.Bostock Green No reports received. Parking/highway Obstructions Davenham No reports received.Moulton No reports received.Kingsmead Parking concerns raised around the college and local residential roads. Regular patrols taking place. A couple of reports received, when patrols have attended the vehicle have already left the location.Leftwich Report of numerous vehicles obstructing the pavement on Hollands Road. No obstructions observed when patrols attended.Bostock Green No reports received. Weekly Police Surgeries Wednesday 8th July, outside Morrison’s Daily, Clifton Drive, Leftwich between 11am – 12pm. Tuesday 14th July, Spar, London Road, Davenham between 5pm – 6pm. Friday 24th July, at Hartford Village Hall, Chester Road between 3pm – 4pm. Thursday 30th July, on the Car Park outside Tesco Express, Regency Way Kingsmead between 9am – 10am. Wednesday 5th August, outside Morrison’s Daily, Whitlow Lane, Moulton between 2pm – 3pm. Thursday 13th August, outside Greenbank Shops, Greenbank between 3pm – 4pm. Tuesday 18th August, Clifton Drive, Leftwich, a police vehicle will be parked near to Morrisons Daily, between 1pm – 2pm.
