Incidents reported relating to RESIDENTIAL property: ELLESMERE PORT WEST SuttonHurford Avenue – 15-23/8 – Entry gained into property by snapping the locks on the rear patio doors. Untidy search carried out throughout the property.GrangeEarls Gardens – 16-18/8 – Lock forced to gain access into property. Washing machine and washing powder taken. Incidents reported relating to criminal damage, with the exclusion of damage to vehicles:
ELLESMERE PORT EAST Ellesmere Port TownPriestfield Road – 22/8 - Unknown male banging on window of property and throwing stones at the window which have caused it to smash. – Male arrested.Mercer Walk – 27/8 – Group of youths smashed a window within the Port Arcades. WhitbyPerry Close – 19-21/8 – Unknown offender spray painted a line of black paint across the frontage of a residential property and boundary fencing.Stanney Lane – 21/8 – Group of youths have pulled the boarding off the old Stanney Oaks leisure building.ELLESMERE PORT WEST NestonHinderton Road – 23/8 - Racist slurs spray painted across skate park within Stanney Fields Park.St. Pauls Hargrave Drive – 18/8 – Brick thrown through front lounge window.Thelwall Road – 21/8 – An unattended bicycle, for which no further details are available, was found broken up and damaged by an unknown offender.Sutton Way – 25/8 – Female continuously kicking door to flat causes damage. – Named suspect.GrangeSutton Way – 29/8 – Offensive graffiti written on front door. ELLESMERE PORT EAST Ellesmere Port TownStanney lane – 22/8 – Trek Powerfly four pedal assisted bike, left insecure in rear yard backing onto Stanlow Court taken by unknown offender. Incidents reported relating to theft / attempt THEFT FROM motor vehicles: ELLESMERE PORT WEST Ledsham & ManorArkwright Place – 16/8 – Several residential properties have vehicles targeted:- Two insecure vehicles, and Audi A1 and Nissan Qashqai both entered and low value items taken.
- Nissan Leaf entered by unknown means and pink earbuds taken from glovebox.
Berry Drive – 15-16/8 – Entry gained into a vehicle (no further details) by unknown means. Small bottle of perfume taken.St. PaulsDelamere Drive – 25-27/8 – Entry gained in an RAC works van by unknown means. Quantity of tools, including diagnostic tool, battery testers and battery jump pack taken, along with a mobile phone. The mobile phone was later found discarded on a bench in Hope Farm.Sutton Bebington Road – 27/8 – Unknown male entered insecure Mercedes GLE at 3.26am which was parked on a residential driveway. The male took driving glasses and Nintendo Switch.The Paddock – 27/8 – Three vehicles targeted:- Insecure Lexus, parked on residential driveway entered. Untidy search carried out but nothing reported stolen.
- Mercedes C220, parked on residential driveway, entered by unknown means. Two pairs of sunglasses taken.
- Unknown male offender has accessed a vehicle (parked on residential driveway) by unknown means. Clthing and sunglasses taken.
Brunswick Crescent – 27/8 – Vehicle (no further details) parked at the roadside entered and search carried out within. Nothing reported taken.
